Jennifer Evelyn is an accomplished real estate leader with over 20 years of industry experience dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and empowering REALTORS® to grow sustainable, profitable businesses.

Since joining REMAX Canada in 2009, Jennifer has played a key role in agent development through hands-on coaching, strategic business planning, compliance guidance, technology implementation, and marketing support. Known for her approachable leadership style and solutions-focused mindset, she helps agents build stronger systems, improve client experience, and create long-term business growth.

As Manager of the Woodbine and Progress branches at REMAX Realtron Realty Inc., Jennifer is passionate about innovation, professional development, and leveraging technology platforms like BoldTrail to help agents generate leads, strengthen relationships, and stay ahead in an evolving industry.

Jennifer has also volunteered with OREA and served as Past Co-Chair of the Women in Real Estate Task Force at TRREB. Outside of real estate, she founded Paddle for Miracles, a charitable initiative that raised over $150,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Canada in just two years.
