Beginning his real estate career in Hong Kong in 1993, Ray achieved success in both sales and management, recruiting, training, and coaching hundreds of professionals while contributing to the growth of a 21-branch brokerage. After moving to Toronto, he earned his real estate license in 2003 and his broker’s license in 2005. His entrepreneurial background in graphic design further strengthens his strategic and creative approach to the business.
