Weak Agent?

When you are dealing with your most expensive asset, you want a strong agent on your side. From the outside, agents look the same. How can you tell if your agent is weak or strong?

There are many indicators, but here are some fast identifiers.

Weak agents will say, “ a house sells itself so the agent and company do not matter.”

Nothing could be further from the truth!

Different companies spend different amounts to attract buyers. TV, radio, Internet, billboards and other forms of marketing work, that’s why RE/MAX spends millions of dollars MONTHLY! More buyers see the property, resulting in a faster sale and usually at a better price.

Not all agents have the same negotiation skills. It stands to reason that good agents are better negotiators than weak agents. So who do you want negotiating on your behalf?
