Cameron (Cam) Forbes, MBA, CMA

General Manager / Broker

As General Manager, Cam is responsible with the owners and branch management team of RE/MAX Realtron for leading the brokerage, supporting its sales team, and for the continued and profitable growth of the firm.

Cam comes to RE/MAX Realtron following a long career with the largest Royal LePage brokerage in Canada where he was a member of a small team that ran the Brokerage including its Commercial Division.

Cam is a Real Estate Broker and began his career in the real estate and mortgage insurance industries in the late 1980’s working in various parts including default management, property management, and single family and multi-residential sales.  In addition, Cam did all of the office/retail leasing for his former Brokerage for their many branch locations.

Cam is originally from Edmonton, Alberta and has a B. Comm. from the University of Alberta, an MBA from Dalhousie University and is both a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a registered Real Estate Broker.  Cam is excited to be able to support the Realtron sales team to the absolute best of his skills, knowledge and abilities.

Barbara Raber, Broker

Manager of Willowdale Branch

Barbara obtained her real estate license in 1973 in Montreal, Quebec. She moved back to Toronto in 1976 and received her real estate license where her hard work, persistence and dedication to her clients resulted in her becoming one of the Top Sales Associates at Royal Trust, one of Canada’s leading Real Estate Organizations. In 1986 she created and ran “The Career Development Branch” for Canada Permanent Trust. In 1987 she received her broker’s license and was promoted to manager of one of Canada Permanent Trust’s Top Offices. Barbara was awarded the “Top Manager” Award for Canada Permanent in 1990,1991,and 1992. In 1993 the company became Coldwell Banker and Barbara remained there until 1998 when she was enticed to join RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc. Brokerage Barbara’s experience, training and support of her sales associates has helped the Willowdale sales team become one of the top six offices on the Toronto Real Estate Board.

William E. Doutsas, Broker

Manager of Markham Branch

Bill received his real estate license in 1983 and enjoyed a successful career in sales before obtaining his broker’s license in 1989. Serving many years in management positions for other large brokerages and as Broker/Owner in the Homelife system, Bill has trained, coached and assisted his salespeople through thousands of real estate transactions. His prior 12 years in the banking industry as well as his extensive sales background have equipped Bill with all the tools necessary to ensure our salespeople provide their clients with superior service. Already one of the top offices on the Toronto Real Estate Board, Bill’s leadership, experience, interpersonal skills, and genuine desire to help our associates succeed, will certainly continue to guide his office and our associates towards even greater success!


Karen Meshwork, Broker/Manager

Manager of Sheppard Branch

Karen started with Re/Max Realtron as an evening secretary in 1988 and by 1990 was in charge of the entire night staff. She obtained her real estate license in 1993, and was a licensed sales assistant for the next 4 years. She was awarded a B.A. degree in 1997 from Western University, and obtained her broker’s license the same year. Karen then managed the Woodbine office for three years before moving on to manage the Scarborough, Bathurst and Richmond Hill offices. She was instrumental in the setting up and opening of each location. Karen has been married for 5 years and has 2 kids. She is currently the manager of the Sheppard Branch.


Helen Kamin-Lokash, Broker

Manager of Thornhill Branch

Helen started her real estate career in 1980 with Canada Permanent Trust, one of Canada’s premier real estate organizations. Her strong ethics, people and communication skills helped her to achieve the highest awards for sales achievement that the Company had to offer. She continued the same level of success with Royal Lepage from 1983-1986 at which time she joined RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc. Brokerage because as she puts it, “Re/max was a company that provided better service and support for my clients, and I owe them the best!” Helen’s extensive knowledge of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, her experience in management of multi-unit residential properties, her work ethic and problem solving abilities provide Helen with the skill-set to ideal candidate to not only lead our Thornhill branch, but also to lead our business development division.

Daniel Prussky, Sales Representative

Manager of Willowdale Branch

Daniel began his career selling real estate and worked for a couple of different real estate brokerage firm’s including Harvey Kalles Real Estate in the 1990’s.   In 1999, Daniel took on the position of Director of Sales at Realtor.com/Homestore.ca for Canada.   Daniel worked with Sales Representatives/Brokers and Broker/Owners across the country in this role to help them have an enhanced web presence particularly through the display and presentation of listings on the internet.   Daniel also provided a lot of training to Realtors® in this role both in one-on-one and large group settings.   It was at Homestore where Daniel first established a relationship with Richard and Alex Pilarski and Realtron.

In 2003, Daniel went back to selling real estate full time and in December 2008 chose to join Realtron.

Daniel has a passion and excellent knowledge of the real estate brokerage business and enjoys working with all members of the industry.

Michele Branigan, Broker

Manager of Newmarket Branch

Michele grew up in a Real Estate family so she is familiar with the demands of the industry.

She became licensed in 1999 and worked in the family Brokerage.

In 2007 Michele obtained her Broker’s licence and transitioned into a Career Development roll and was instrumental in helping build the business and provide ongoing training/mentoring and support to the Realtors.

Michele is excited to be part of the Realtron family and continue on with RE/MAX.

She is passionate about the success of her Realtors and is looking forward to the growth of the Newmarket office.

Ray Yung, Broker

Manager of Richmond Hill Branch

Ray started his real estate career in Hong Kong in 1993 and enjoyed a successful career in selling real estate and serving management positions as well, Ray has recruited, trained and coached hundreds of salespeople, he was a member of the management team that ran the Brokerage with 21 small branches. Prior to his real estate experience, Ray owned a graphic design and colour separation output business for 8 years. Ray received his real estate license in Toronto in 2003, he obtained his broker’s license in 2005. Ray is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Ray’s Vision Statement is to create win-win by focusing entirely on helping our associates succeed as well as helping them enjoy their real estate careers.

Joe Baglieri, Broker

Manager of Progress Branch

Joe obtained his real estate license in 1995; being an active salesperson Joe was awarded Re/max's Executive club and 100% club achievements. In 2001 Joe completed his broker’s license where he began to coach/mentor and manage several large real estate Brokerages for 10+ years..    His high-energy "hands on" approach coupled with a background in technology and sales experience has helped several new and experienced realtors achieve great success.  In his leisure time Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family. He understands the importance of building and maintaining quality relationships. Not only does Joe work hard but he also plays hard through extreme sports.


Marty Roth, Sales Representative

Manager of Bathurst Branch

Marty obtained his real estate license in 1989 and worked for 2 different Brokerage firms before joining Forest Hill Real Estate Inc, Brokerage where he enjoyed great success for 20 years. After nearly 27 years selling real estate, working with both Buyer’s and Seller’s, predominantly in the Bathurst and Eglinton area, he has joined the Realtron family as Manager of the Bathurst branch. Marty has lived in this area for over 30 years. Family is most important to Marty, he has 2 children who are the loves of his life, a daughter Rachel and a son Sam.  Marty is a people person and is humbled and excited to now be part of another wonderful family, the Realtron family. His passion in Real Estate will now be translated into the success of his Realtors and the continued growth of the Bathurst branch.

Michael Ngai, Broker

Manager, Business Development

Michael started his real estate career in Montreal, Quebec in 1975 where he specialized in the sale of commercial and investment properties and constantly ranked among the top producers of the ICI Division of Montreal Trust Company. He then moved to Toronto in 1979 to join the ICI Division of Royal Trust Corporation, handling most apartment buildings that came under power of sale during that period of recession. Despite the hard times, Michael continued to win regional and national awards.Michael ran his own holding company of apartments and restaurants before he became a manager in 1987 for various large real estate brokerage firms. He obtained his Broker License in 1990 and joined Homelife/Gold Trade Realty in 1993 as Vice President & Senior Manager.

Over the years, Michael has trained, coached and managed more than one thousand real estate sales representatives and brokers. He is very excited to join the management team at Re/Max Realtron.

Inder Bhalla B.E (Mechanical Engineer), Broker MVA

Manager, Business Development

Inder Graduated with a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from India in 1972. Immigrating to Canada, he obtained his real estate license in 1974 and obtained his broker’s license in 1976. He was a very successful salesperson, achieving the highest sales awards in the companies he was associated with. Inder then opened and operated his own company under an international franchise as Owner-Broker until 1989. During his years as Broker-Owner, Inder, trained, coached, and assisted his sales people through thousands of real estate transactions. His office was a perennial winner of top awards in Canada. After successfully selling his company, he joined a multi branch real estate franchise as a Manager/Broker. Inder has served and continues to serve on many committees on TREB, including Arbitration and Professional Standards as well as the RECO Professional and Standards Committee. Inder is happily married for 36 years with two children. In his spare time Inder enjoys music, singing, reading good books, and the newspaper.
